Managed staff of network engineers responsible for Cisco data networks and large computer rooms at multiple campuses.  Coordinated multiple simultaneous large-scale cable build-outs and personnel relocations. 

Network Engineer

Primarily responsible for multiple switched fast Ethernet networks utilizing Cisco and Cabletron equipment.   Installed and maintained both T1 and frame relay WAN circuits.  Implemented Cyberguard firewall to provide web and telnet proxy services and incoming VPN access.  Responsible for planning and maintenance of computer rooms and environmental monitoring systems at multiple sites.

Consulted with clients ranging from small electronic pre-press houses using Apple Macintoshes to Fortune 500 companies with integrated multi-protocol networks.
